How to Check Bus Speed Using This Tool?
Open the web app on a device with GPS, such as a smartphone. Tap the "Start" button. The tool then begins tracking your bus's speed. To stop, tap the button again. You can also reset your data at any time.
How to Enable GPS on Your Device (iOS/Android)?
- iOS: Go to Settings, then Privacy, then Location Services. Make sure Location Services is on. Give your web browser permission to use location.
- Android: Open Settings, then Location, then App Permissions (or a similar menu). Pick your browser and allow location access.
Why Do We Need Location Access?
Your bus speed comes from GPS data. Without location access, the tool cannot read speed from your device's sensors. Location data is used only to measure speed and distance, not to store personal details.
What Information Does the Bus Speedometer Display?
The speedometer shows your current speed, maximum speed, average speed, and distance traveled. It can show these in meters per second (m/s), kilometers per hour (km/h), or miles per hour (mph). You can pick which units to see.
